Relatively affordable and provides sufficient hydration. I use it after intense thermal stress and physical exertion at work (interventions in fires and training with real fire).
I mainly use them in the summer because I have intense sweating due to high temperatures in my workplace. I quickly noticed fatigue and exhaustion due to sweat. With this product, I no longer feel exhausted. Very good product and economical.
I bought it because I felt my hands were dry while consuming a lot of water daily. That's when I realized that I was missing some elements that water contains, which I had to find in a more concentrated dose rather than drinking liters without any significant result.
After I started consuming the electrolytes and various vitamins, I saw an immediate difference. At first, I took two pills with some interval between them, but later it was not necessary.
First time trying ready-made electrolytes, since it's so easy to make them at home. I have them for exceptional cases, where I don't have time to eat a snack 1 hour before the gym. They give a lot of energy (even though they don't have sodium - if you have the choice, take them with sodium), if you are forced to exercise on an empty stomach. If you can eat a snack (and homemade electrolytes), prefer it, but if not, choose them. They make a difference!
For sports, it is not suitable because it does not contain sodium.
Also, you need to take two tablets to get a sufficient amount of the ingredients, compared to other products. For daily use, it is fine to say that we are getting electrolytes.

I want to believe that it does the job and maybe helps in some cases.. it definitely is not at all unpleasant as a drink if you see it that way and it is also at a relatively good price..
Awesome in taste and you immediately feel their effect. The only negative thing maybe is the color, which I would have expected to be orange but it's towards brown, but okay.
The best thing ever. I take one before running and one after, and there is a dramatic difference compared to not taking any at all. I highly recommend it

It has lowered their quality or company, the conclusion I reached with the last purchase of the product. I have been using it for two years, but now their quality is below average. Prefer something else.
Thank you for the pleasant taste, unfortunately they contain aspartame. It is unacceptable from a well-known company, considering what we know about the effects of this substance on the human body after long-term use.
I use them for beach volleyball and it takes many tablets to get the job done.
If you consider that the recommended daily dose is 2000mg and each tablet only has 300mg, then you understand how little work they do (better than nothing though).
And you can't take more because you will exceed the rest it contains.
For demanding use, find something else with a higher quantity of potassium
After 1 month of use during boxing workouts, I have to say that 1 tablet is not enough and it didn't help me. However, since I started taking 2 tablets at the same time, I have been very satisfied with the performance. Maybe 1 tablet is a bit insufficient for something very demanding.
