I saw results from the very first use. It also removes excessive oiliness, and even on the third day, my hair has no oiliness at all. TIPS for it to work properly: firstly, it requires 2 washes, in the first one, gently massage with a very small amount and rinse, and in the second one, leave it on for 2 minutes to take effect (NOT LONGER, as it contains strong ingredients that can cause irritation if left on for longer, thus creating a bigger problem). Secondly, do not vigorously rub your scalp (in general, with any product), just create lather and let it spread everywhere, rubbing it only makes it worse. Thirdly, use a conditioner afterwards like ALL shampoos! (but never on the roots). Fourthly, use it for only one month (as stated on the packaging), then switch shampoos and use it again if the problem reoccurs. Generally, the skin with dandruff, dryness, psoriasis, etc., gets used to the shampoo and after a certain point, it simply does nothing, so it's good to have found 2-3 shampoos that work for you and switch them every now and then. Lastly, in general, read the instructions provided by the products because in general, we use most of them incorrectly and then say "it doesn't work for me" (okay, of course, a product may not suit you, though).
I bought this shampoo because I have oily hair and on the first wash, my hair was even more greasy than before. I washed it again because I thought I didn't wash it properly to make enough foam, and the same thing happened the second time, as you can see in the photo

A few words about this product. For many years, I had a problem with mild seborrheic dermatitis, especially on my scalp, resulting in many times having these "flakes" which were endless, and every time it was as if it was snowing, so I would scratch the hairy part of my head.
Over time, I tried Pharmaceutical products with ketoconazole like Fungoral and Neo Egmol with minimal - temporary improvement. Meaning, the problem would return when I stopped using them.
A dermatologist recommended me this specific product from Dercos and after many years, I solved my problem. From the second wash until today, the "endless flakes" like dandruff have disappeared and since then I have been using only this product for 2 months now. I highly recommend it and hope it helps many people.
I had a problem with dandruff and dry skin for years. Although the series has another product for dry skin, this one covers both very well. Since I started using it exclusively, I have had no problems, neither with dandruff nor with itchiness. I think it's the best thing I have ever tried for this issue. It just takes a little time. As for the scent, it's indifferent, while the only downside is that the hair gets oily relatively quickly.

I have never written a review before, but really, because I suffered a lot from dry skin and itching on my scalp from my last pregnancy, I had to! From the first application, the irritation stopped and by the third application, there were no more white flakes and dry skin on my scalp! I would give it 5 stars, but I feel like my hair gets greasy faster! The product really does what it promises!
It does some work, not miracles of course. I have bought it a few times, but it doesn't produce much foam unless you use a sufficient amount, and its application is not so nice. It also smells so bad that I think I will prefer something else next time.
I don't know if it's effective because I tried it once and the experience was negative. Personally, for at least two days afterwards, my hair smelled so bad that it ruined my mood. Like something burnt.
I went to a dermatologist for my oily hair and dandruff. He recommended this shampoo in combination with one from evdermia. Both of them together do a very good job.
I will remove one star because it made my red hair turn copper! Within 2 months (not daily use as I have curly hair), after each wash, some color would fade until it completely changed. On the positive side, if someone wants to remove their red hair color, they should know that it works! But it also works in removing my dermatitis... I didn't see immediate results, but somewhere in the middle of the bottle (in the 2nd month). It's a shame that it ruins the color of dyed hair, when I saw that it improved the problem with dermatitis - which is why I bought it in the first place, I gave it away (such a pity because it's also expensive). It never foamed for me, only if I washed twice, which I ended up doing even though I felt like my money was going down the drain with each wash

Well, the product, although promising to combat dandruff and flakiness, unfortunately only achieves the latter. However, it also indicates for oily hair, which is the main reason I bought it because I have oily skin. From the first wash, I saw a 70% difference. On the second use, the problem was almost eliminated! I couldn't believe how easily I got rid of something so annoying that if you haven't experienced it, you can't imagine it!
Also, the oiliness decreased significantly. The price is good, considering that it did exactly what it promises! I will buy it constantly, although the smell it leaves on my hair is not nice at all...☹️

I use it once a week as a treatment and from the first use it eliminated dandruff. The only negative thing is the scent, which is like medicine. But given its effectiveness, it doesn't bother me at all! Besides, I wash my second hand with my regular shampoo.

It removes color from dyed hair, which is completely logical since it is a therapeutic shampoo, so it should not be used for prolonged periods. The hair may become slightly hardened due to deep cleansing, but this can be corrected with the use of a mask or oil.
I did see a difference from the first washes, at first I was puzzled by the color of the shampoo but when it foams, this yellow disappears. I have been using it for about 20 days and I will definitely buy it again when it runs out, I won't change it.
I have been using it for two weeks now, I bought it for oily hair.
Initially, while I normally wash my hair twice a week, with this one I need at least three, as it quickly makes my hair greasy.

It was recommended to me by the dermatologist when I developed dandruff during a stressful period. My hair was in terrible condition, I had itching and it would become oily immediately for the first time in my life for a year. From the first application, I was satisfied and now I can prolong washing. I highly recommend it, as the other three anti-dandruff shampoos on the market that I had tried did not solve the problem.
