  Excellent, especially at this cost. I bought it for a second 23-inch with a 75-inch VESA, which means that only the back was needed without the screw extensions. Very stable, with a very satisfactory range and ease of adjustments. It came almost pre-assembled, the only "negative" being the broken plastic clip that is supposed to be the "cable management". I would easily buy it again for up to 32 inches.

  P.S: You will need a 22-inch drill according to the instructions to create the 3 holes for the wall mounts. I only had a smaller one, so the bottom hole didn't come out correctly, but the base is very stable with the two top ones (the top-top one intentionally has room in case you didn't make it straight).

  Do not be fooled by its low price. It is a product of excellent quality. It can be easily adjusted in all directions and tilts forward to be hung high (1.80 to 2.00 meters) so that you can see it even when lying down (in the bedroom). It has a sturdy and durable construction made entirely of thick metal and thick screws for the wall. The only plastic part is the cover for the screws.   I'm not sure if it's good or not for its price. I will only say what I don't like. I have a 24-inch TV from 2018 (so it's not that great) and yes, it can handle it, but the stand doesn't keep it straight when I bring it to the left side... basically, the TV leans. I thought it was because I place it all the way to the left and all the weight falls there, but if I do the same towards the right side, it doesn't have such a problem.
  We easily mounted it on the wall, always with measurements, etc. to make sure it doesn't go crooked, so it definitely wasn't a placement issue.
  The cable clip barely holds 2 cables, and they have to be thin, but it's better than nothing.
  ***Lastly, and importantly, check the back of your TV very well to make sure the stand will fit properly... unfortunately, every TV manufacturer has a different architecture at the back... and our TV had some parts that protruded above others, so the stand couldn't fit without extra materials and larger, more resistant screws.
  Other than that (movements, stability, flexibility, etc.), it's fine.
