It came, on the first application it lit up for a few seconds and then turned off without providing power from the electricity to heat the water. It either came broken or the build quality only allows for one cleaning. I didn't even have time to return it in the given time.
Used it 5 times and it doesn't draw water. The pump probably broke. The switch doesn't turn on while it's heating.
It worked for one day, barely cleaned a carpet, which it didn't clean because it was just water running instead of steam.
I put it aside and after a few days, I decided to try cleaning the bathroom again. It never worked.
It didn't even start heating the water. And unfortunately, because I had bought it for a long time and hadn't used it, I couldn't send it back.

It worked only for one day... I made one carpet, that's why I bought it anyway, and the next day it only made noise, released water from underneath, cold, without steam, I filled everywhere with water, and overall, I didn't see any difference in the carpet I managed to make! Besides the fact that maybe some bacteria are killed due to steam. Very short cable and I am still waiting for them to replace it since unfortunately I cannot get my money back... I am disappointed!
For the price, it is very good, replacing the mopping. It leaves a little moisture on the floor, less than the mop, it dries in 1-2 minutes. It is very powerful, removing dirt from the joints very easily. The quality of the accessories is what lowers the price so much, the extension hose that it has loses at all the connections, although it does a very good job even on windows (but it leaks from everywhere when you lift it up)

Instead of cleaning with steam, it fills the whole place with water. The worst purchase, not worth it at all.
