It does indeed do what it promises. However, don't expect it to work miracles when you are very stressed. It also requires some effort on your part to be effective. Good sleep without negative thoughts and a relaxed mood

I haven't seen a big difference. Of course, I am a bit difficult and I tried double the dosage. But even there...nothing impressive. I will look for something different.

I bought it for my 78-year-old mother who has been suffering from insomnia for years. The 1mg didn't do anything, so we increased it to 2mg daily and sometimes she manages to sleep for 4:30-5 hours, other times only 2. Maybe it's a difficult case because if you have worries and anxiety, how can you sleep?

I have bought it 3 times... it does its job but not within 5 minutes. I would say it definitely needs half an hour to relax you.
