    It helped me so much in "unlocking" some behaviors of the child that otherwise I would consider excessive, manipulative, malicious, which are essentially normal... As others say, all parents should read it, I would even say it should be given to parents at the maternity ward! Easy to read, it can be read in a few hours, with simple images and examples that stick with you. It helps you think a little before you act or say something...
