    I use it as the final step of my cleansing routine, i.e. I always cleanse my face either with a balm or a gentle gel for sensitive skin and then I use the Filorga Micellar Water, as it fully removes makeup residue, impurities, or balm. So, I don't know if it would remove everything as an exclusive product, but at the very least it would definitely require double the amount. However, the way I apply it leaves a feeling of absolute cleanliness, brightens the skin, and provides a sense of comfort to sensitive skin without irritating or dehydrating it, although especially for dry-sensitive skin, it does not replace moisturizer.
