    Very good choice of B12 supplement, from a reputable company. B12 in the form of methylcobalamin is the safest form. Avoid B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin, as new research has shown that it is not safe. So, this specific vitamin should be taken in the morning, 4 tablets per week (~2000 mcg/week) are enough to meet the weekly needs of the average adult, if they do not get B12 from elsewhere (many plant-based milks on the market are fortified with B12). However, every year blood tests should be done to monitor B12 levels.
