I have had the phone for about 2 years. I bought it not for the elderly, but for a shop with machines and a lot of noise.
The ringtone is loud. When someone calls, the red light turns on, so you can see it no matter how noisy it is. The buttons are big and easy to press even with dirty hands. The material is such that it does not slip and can withstand small falls/hits. It doesn't break anything! Only the plastic got hit. Also, the speakerphone is very loud and has good sound. The battery life is long, with moderate use I charge it once every 3 days.
The menu is a bit... not confusing, but not easy for an older person. My mother tried it and struggled to figure it out. Nevertheless, she liked it and I just ordered her the same one.

The good thing about this device is the large and easily distinguishable buttons, especially for answering and ending calls, and the raised dots on them for tactile perception. However, we found the menu to be complex and difficult to use (especially for the elderly it was intended for), as well as the screen being small and poorly lit. As a result, this phone ended up being useless. I regret buying it.

  From the best wireless phones with very good sound and very durable. The large buttons and relatively small size are convenient regardless of age. I have bought two. One of my parents' works flawlessly for five years and the other one in my house I have had for over three years without any problems and with several drops. The batteries hold up well, but in both houses we don't talk on the phones constantly for hours to have pushed them. The only slightly negative thing is its menu, especially when trying to see the recent calls, but it's not something terribly difficult.

It needs to be constantly on the base, which I don't want, so I will look for a new one. And where it charges, the talk time is at most 1.5 hours. And because I had a Motorola before, which despite all the bad reviews, lasted me 5 years and then suddenly broke, starting with the unresponsive buttons, I will not buy the same brand again.

  Interesting device.
  It was purchased to meet the needs of an elderly person with difficulty in typing speed.
  Unfortunately, on VoIP lines, there are a few seconds between the numbers you type, resulting in the elderly person who is delayed in pressing the numbers constantly dropping the call.
  The only solution that can meet this need is a wireless device (because you first press all the numbers and then the green button, something that wired phones do not have) with large buttons and desired speakerphone for convenience.
  This phone covers all these features.
  The only observations I have to make are that a) the speakerphone button should be larger and b) it could be more stable when the handset is placed on the base, because this way the advantage of typing as if it were a stationary phone is lost (which might be convenient for the elderly) and c) the rechargeable batteries included in the package are a joke, at some point they will need to be replaced with better ones.

  Very good landline phone with strong, clear sound and large easy-to-read buttons (without lighting that drains the batteries for fun) for the elderly like myself. Easy menu, with a phonebook of 100 names, date and time that stay in memory if the batteries run out.
  It has a range of about 35-40m outside a ground floor house without obstacles in the garden.
  The included rechargeable AAA batteries with 550 mAh are not sufficient and it is good to replace them with at least 1800 mAh for satisfactory autonomy.
  Finally, I don't like that it is a bit bulky. These are the first impressions for now...
  time will tell about its durability (I will come back). I hope I helped so far!!!

  I bought it for my elderly mother who has memory issues and I was trying to find the simplest phone on the market for her to use.
  The phone is perfect, with large buttons, and especially the buttons we use to call and hang up (green and red button) are easily readable compared to any other cordless phone, allowing people with great difficulty understanding to handle it.
  I found its menu simple and quickly set up the phonebook to recognize names for incoming calls.

  I also got it in white color for my parents at 29€. This particular phone has large, distinct buttons, making it very user-friendly for elderly people. The previous Panasonic phone had an issue with the call termination button after 3 years, so I hope this one will be more durable. As for the menu, it's nothing special, but it has a fairly loud sound that can be heard almost everywhere in the house. It also has the option of a classic landline ringtone, along with some silly melodies. Finally, I didn't encounter any issues with calls, and overall, it is a very reliable cordless phone.
