I was pleasantly surprised by the book. Very detailed and with exercises of varying difficulty. Very helpful!

It is a series of books that I buy every year since the 4th grade of elementary school. Simply an excellent book and an excellent series!
Well-written, with attention to theory. MANY exercises with increasing difficulty that greatly help with understanding. Presentation of alternative ways to solve exercises. Detailed solutions in the back pages and a booklet with the solutions to the exercises in the book. A very good idea is the exercises "For Strong Solvers" which includes topics from math competitions and standard exams. It also has a section on "Creative Mathematics" that exercises children's mathematical thinking.
It is a book that everyone "copies". In a second book (poorly written) that I got for standard exams, I found many of the exercises from this specific book.
If you can (with love, GREAT calmness, lexotanil, etc.) teach your child with this book, you don't need additional tutoring. It covers any gaps left by teachers in the classroom. But that's another story ;-)
