Overall, I have tried single-source creatine from many different companies. It is a simple supplement that does what it promises, and the only comparison I had until now was its cost.
In recent years, I have grown tired of dissolving it in water, juice, etc., and I just put a scoop directly into my mouth and wash it down with anything.
For the way I consume it, it is the best I have tried. It doesn't have a terrible taste, it doesn't stick to my teeth, and it doesn't turn into mud in my mouth when I drink water afterwards.

It is the first one I have taken so I have no point of comparison, but it didn't bother me at all. I mix it together with the protein scoop and it dissolves perfectly with a good shake. It has visible results compared to just using protein, but you have to wait a while as the first results seemed to appear towards the end of the box. I will try another brand, for example, biotech, so that I can compare. Overall, it seems to be of good quality and works as a creatine should.

For me, who choose not to dissolve creatine but to take it directly in my mouth and then drink plenty of water, I would say that it is the most pleasant one I have tried. It doesn't have a weird taste, it doesn't stick in the mouth like those that are like flour. I would say it resembles very small crystals of sugar. We just put a little more because the scoop is 3g and not 5g as usual.
