Instructions for use

Absorption Time: Less than 30 minutes. Suitable for vegetarians

Dosage: 6 capsules daily with water or juice. Amino acids are better absorbed when taken half an hour before meals or sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
