One pill at night for 30 days, then stop for 30 and start again.
The only negative is that the pill is big and some people may have difficulty swallowing

After 50 capsules and intermediate relaxed exercise, the scale shows 24.1% fat and 12 visceral fat, (I lost one kilogram in total though). It doesn't do what it promises, and what I read about the titanium scares me

It works well and doesn't disappoint you. But it's better to take two 500mg capsules or get the larger box with 1000mg. Because one doesn't seem to have a significant effect. Since it's running out now, I will get the 1000mg ones.

Good but every time I used it, after a few hours I had headaches and felt weird, like I had a slight migraine coming on.
