  Excellent! I already own another model from Xiaomi, equally expensive, but this one has really improved all the negatives of the previous one, with the most important being: 1. the vacuum does not "carry" its water tank, so there are no leaks and no chance of cracks from accidental bumps 2. It requires no maintenance after each use, as it is truly self-cleaning and 3. It has extremely improved sensors, so it doesn't bang unnecessarily against obstacles making it even quieter. The most important thing is that the dealership brings it to Greece (unlike other models), making its after-sales service easy (I had a problem with the previous one)! Buy it without hesitation.... great value for money!

  It's incredible! I bought it because I read the reviews and it really is exactly as they say! It vacuums and mops flawlessly! I have a shepherd dog and there isn't even a trace of hair on the floor anymore!! The only negative I would say is that you can't add detergent. I use demineralized water with lavender scent for the salts and to feel that there's a touch of freshness in the house after mopping. I can't comment on carpets because I haven't used it for that. Also, those of you who have more than a 24 Mbps internet connection (I had 50 Mbps) will need to make a small effort to contact your provider to split the internet for you because the connection with the vacuum's app is only possible at 2.4 GHz. It's easy, don't be alarmed! I'm just mentioning it because I didn't see it in the reviews and it took me quite a while to figure out why it wasn't connecting to my home WiFi. In the end, they split the internet from the company I have the internet with remotely, so I didn't need to do anything. However, you should make sure that your router is dual band and can split the internet. That's it... for the connection! As for the vacuum itself, I simply have no words!! It's value for money!

  The vacuum is perfect! I had a Roborock which broke after 5 years and I replaced it with this one. When it comes to vacuuming, it does a very good job, but where I was shocked was in the quality of mopping. It was as if I had mopped the house myself! The other big advantage is that you don't have to deal with anything, it washes and cleans everything by itself, just remember to occasionally add water, and when the bin is full, to empty it, which takes a long time to fill up. As a downside, the app could be better and more user-friendly (the Roborock was much better in this regard), but the mopping it does makes up for it.

  It has three options for the amount of water it will use for mopping.
  Four suction options for vacuuming, up to the third it is quite quiet, in Turbo the sound is bearable.
  There is an option for just vacuuming, just mopping, or both, and there is also an option to vacuum before mopping.
  Also, in each room, you can choose different options; for example, in the kitchen where there is a wooden floor, you can set a smaller amount of water for mopping, etc.
  You can send the vacuum to clean or mop any room you want individually.
  You can show the vacuum via the map where there are carpets so that it lifts the pads and does not wet them.
  There is a setting for how many square meters it will turn to clean the pads, as well as how intensely it will clean them.
  You can create more than one map, so it can be used on other floors.

  The mopping is excellent, nothing like the old vacuums that dragged the dirty cloth all over the house.
  The vacuuming is extremely satisfactory.

  5) If objects are very small and have fallen on the floor, it may not recognize them and take them along. For example, a pen that had fallen, it dragged it along.

We simply move from the sphere of daily cleaning and maintenance of a clean home, to making cleanliness a hobby that one dedicates their time to. And my dear mother used to enjoy polishing her silverware. It's not that I have better things to do with my time, I just have different things, different hobbies. I want to say that we have put household chores in an Excel spreadsheet with my husband and with the following additions: robot vacuum-cleaner-dryer-dishwasher-supermarket order coming to the house, has saved us 14 working hours per week. 14 working hours... Almost two working days... Honestly, kids... Put everything in an Excel spreadsheet all the "oh, it only takes two minutes...." It's not two minutes. That.
  Addition: Let me mention a pleasant side effect of the robot vacuum cleaner. The time between dusting has decreased from day to day, which was apparent, from once every 4-5 days, because it doesn't leave any dust on the floor and carpets that gets picked up when we pass by. If a surface cleaner is used on furniture after dusting (e.g. for wood) once a week, it lasts the whole week.
  Addition 2: We haven't worn shoes inside the house for the last 15 years. So the robot vacuum cleaner is evaluated on a floor that doesn't have shoes coming in from outside.

  Logically, it will indicate that it cannot confirm my purchase because I did not buy it from Skroutz, but from the dealership. Nevertheless, I wanted to come here to write my comments because we almost bought one at double the price. In the features listed here, it says that it does not have the option or prohibition of cleaning points and multiple mapping; I have to tell you that it has both! And they work perfectly. It has features that I found only in vacuum cleaners over 650 euros, the mopping is incredible. It missed a few spots while vacuuming and mopping, but I believe it was because the cats got in the way :D. If you put some liquid soap under the mops, be aware that during cleaning, if it makes too much foam, it may give you a notification for overflow of the tray and will need cleaning; it's not a problem as it has automatic water emptying, and also, it's good to clean that area every day anyway. For the same reason and for the safety of the device, it is not recommended to put cleaner inside the clean water tank. I will soon try a special liquid for robot vacuums and see how it performs. Anyone looking for which robot vacuum to buy, I recommend it without any doubt as the best price-to-value I found, and it truly did not disappoint me.
