I got the protein with vanilla caramel flavor.
The taste is wonderful compared to other protein powders, maybe it's a bit too sweet for some, but for me it was perfect and I didn't get tired of it easily. It doesn't produce much foam and mixes well with milk. The first 3 days that I consumed it, it caused some stomach discomfort, but nothing serious, after the fourth day it didn't bother me again. I have been using it for a few weeks now. I have chosen the chocolate flavor which is amazing in taste. Sometimes I mix it with water and other times with milk (depending on my mood) and it always dissolves within 20-30 seconds without leaving any lumps. Excellent protein...I chose it after my dietitian's recommendation and after the significant price increase of the protein I was using before this one. I was impressed that it is very digestible without causing any problems to the digestive system. It is also very effective in post-exercise recovery.
