The pan is magical but I will give it 4 stars for the following reason. It smokes excessively inside the house. We're talking about a cloud. Also, if you put too much fatty meat, it splatters like a water gun.
In order for the grill to function properly, it needs to be seasoned well in the beginning and every time you use it. It requires careful study before use. The first time I used it, it did stick and I had difficulty removing it. But after the initial uses, I wouldn't change it for anything else!!
It grills amazingly, quickly, adds flavor, and doesn't stick. I grill fish, chicken, steaks on the grill. I highly recommend it for enthusiasts!
It's like grilling on charcoal! I got it as a gift for my husband in October, and we have tried various foods, from shrimp to chicken to vegetables... always perfect results. To clean it, you simply fill it with water immediately after use, to soften anything that has stuck, and then it washes in 1 minute. And let's not forget to wipe it well with kitchen paper afterwards :)
I recently bought 3 beef steaks and marinated them with mustard, salt, and pepper. I cooked them one by one and they turned out to be even better than the ones you would pay €50+ for at a restaurant. They are the best thing I have ever bought for my kitchen, surpassing even charcoal (for grilling). However, the main downside is that it requires an iron brush to clean, otherwise it doesn't clean well at all.
