The first time I measured my B12 it was 40. No one believed me. "Are you confusing it with iron?" No. (Iron was 7 then!) "You should eat then." I eat everything: vegetables, legumes, fish, meat, fruits.... My pharmacist insisted that it takes at least a year to see results with any B12 tablet and that I should take it in injectable form to have immediate results. In about 2 years with daily intake, I raised it to 970, and my doctor advised me to take one tablet every other day. Now it's around 700.
From 189 it reached 350. Unfortunately, it doesn't help me replenish to the extent needed, only when combined with dairy products, especially sour milk. There I noticed better absorption, but again, not sufficient because the symptoms of exhaustion are quite intense. Meaning after the injections, the vitamin can reach up to 2000 units... It is considered a normal progression after the administration of the injections. After 6 months, do a re-examination and usually people who have a chronic B12 deficiency problem usually [as my microbiologist told me] if it drops from 2000 to 800-600, then in three months they repeat the treatment with the injections... However, if you have not yet identified if the problem is chronic, then repeat the examination and if you find another deficiency, it would be good to investigate if you have metabolic syndrome or any other condition or nutritional disorder.

I have bought it after a confirmed deficiency and it has raised the prices to reasonable limits (from 180 to 550). It is a giant dose (1000mcg), active form of B12 (methylcobalamin), in sublingual form for better absorption that bypasses the stomach. Do not swallow it like a pill. More practical than ampoules with injection, which of course immediately boost B12 levels, while this one takes a few weeks.
