Overall, it served me well. It stands on its own and is relatively powerful. But... very problematic!
I bought it on 17/03/2020 and it said the battery lasts for 60 minutes (it didn't last that long for me), at most 35 minutes. On 10/08/2021, it stopped charging. So, I sent it for repair. The dealership service was very good. They replaced it with a new one of the same model. It was great and the battery lasted longer than the first one, as stated, 60 minutes. I was very satisfied. But now, on 10/10/2022, it has the same problem again. It simply doesn't charge. Since I had an extended warranty, I gave it for repair again, but this time not at the dealership, but at the store where I bought it. They refunded me 80% of the value of the vacuum cleaner. And now I'm in a dilemma about what to do. I was very happy with it, and now I'm reading reviews from others and based on my own experience, I see that the product is defective. But still, I'm considering buying the same one again. Because I did some research and I can't find anything similar. It's beautiful, stands on its own wherever you leave it, very powerful, and you don't feel the weight. In other words, it's a comfortable cleaning experience!

After much research, I bought the same one. Even though it's problematic. I couldn't find anything similar. I have a 3-year warranty, so if it breaks, they will give me a new one. What should I do...

Very good vacuum cleaner, very user-friendly, with incredibly good suction power. You can easily clean the whole house, very quickly, without dealing with cords. Purchased in November 2017.

On the other hand, it had a problem with the circuit board after 1.5 years and was repaired under warranty. When I went to the dealership for the repair, I asked about the cost of battery replacement. That's when I was shocked: 180 euros including VAT. But how is it possible when the vacuum cleaner is sold for 220? Overall, I have the impression that if something goes wrong with the vacuum cleaner, it's basically disposable. It has very expensive spare parts.

The conclusion is that I regret buying it because I know I will keep it only as long as its battery lasts. After that, it's over. The question is how long will the battery last? No one knows, but I don't think it will last more than 4 years with 2 charges per week.

Update April 2020
The battery capacity has significantly decreased, i.e. 2.5 years after purchase. Also, it turns off by itself for no reason. There's no point in getting it serviced since they will charge me the value of a new one. It's a shame because the vacuum cleaner is otherwise very good.

After the passage of time (from 2018 when I bought it and today we have February 2022), I have to add the following:
Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner has disappointed to a great extent.
It presents several issues that make it quite bad and difficult to use:
1. The battery does not hold, it drains very easily, even after a day in standby mode. It needs to be charged every day, even when not in use, otherwise it drains in a few minutes and you are left without coverage.
2. It no longer sucks almost anything, its power has dropped drastically and it is almost useless to me. I have to go over each spot five times to clean.
3. In a specific angle of inclination, when you hold it for vacuuming, it stops working - it goes into blackout mode and stops completely.
In the end, it was a waste of money and not worth it. Now I will need to buy another one. Such a shame for a device with the name Bosch. Prefer another one.
Old review, no longer valid: Wonderful vacuum cleaner, very powerful even in position 2 (the carpets were lifted by the power). Cleans incredibly well on all types of floors (the collected dust had no comparison). It is worth its money. The battery in position 2 lasted for a 80 sqm house (around half an hour) and only dropped one bar. Very easy cleaning of the filter and the dustbin. I hope it proves to be durable over time.
