The best trail shoes out there. Salomon has studied the construction of the shoe very well and it shows from the first use. Fits like a glove (generally tight), durable, balanced sole between hardness, comfort, absorption and energy return, stable and secure grip. The sole seems so good that I believe if you remove the lugs you can comfortably run on the road as well. I used it on Mount Olympus, and it didn't bother me at all. I make a special mention of the grip, as on such rocky terrain it didn't worry me at all, especially downhill, making faster runs than any other shoe. Comfortable 5 stars. Note that there is also the s/lab Genesis which is the racing version and even more improved.
