In its negatives: A huge issue for me is that it doesn't hold the heel at all, resulting in not only the feeling that it will slip off at any moment but also causing friction and injury on the foot (specifically the Achilles tendon), which doesn't stop in any way. It should be noted that I walk at least 6 km daily (to and from work) at a fast pace.
