The frying pan by Smeg is made of Stainless Steel a material that makes it highly resistant to high temperatures. Stainless steel pans heat up very quickly and can maintain the temperature for a longer time compared to aluminum pans. We recommend choosing this frying pan if you want to cook 4-6 servings of food. Due to its large size, it is not suitable for use on small stovetops as it is difficult to evenly distribute heat throughout the utensil. To maintain the non-stick coating it has, we advise letting the utensil cool before cleaning it and avoiding the use of wire scrubbers. Opt for a soft, synthetic sponge.
