    In 10-12 minutes you eat fried potatoes (until you clean two potatoes - 4-5 minutes, the oil has burned and in 5-7 minutes they are ready. Of course the house does not smell at all but with any open fryer this happens. The timer is very poorly made, you can't set a few minutes (<10), it's for long times, which you don't need with a fryer. So it's useless.
