  They are good, but slightly used or rather mishandled before packaging. They had staples all around the package and no previous holes. I doubt that the store had them on display, but they were dusty, with fingerprints, and small scratches on the handles. The packaging had marks inside and out. 99% were waiting in a box for a long time before being packaged to be sold as a set, to the manufacturer or to a wholesaler.

  Possible functional flaw, the large one is crooked at the most sensitive point, but I don't think it's enough to break if used as a chisel or gouge. Only if you're going to make it a lost tool, which is not its intended use. Circled in white is the right job, in red is the wrong one.

  All of this takes away one star.
