Package with holes. I went to the address of the company listed on the receipt and it doesn't exist. The phone number on the receipt is not working. There was a smaller chain inside the package and I wanted to exchange it to use it; I've been looking for them for a month and can't find them anywhere. Also, there was no instruction manual inside. I don't know what to do. Unacceptable.

Carefully packaged, no manual included, socket wrench and tools are included, faulty spark plug was replaced with ngk, cut fuel line was replaced, screws on the chainsaw were tightened, idle and fuel mixture were adjusted, the blade is husvarna but labeled as craft, the chain cuts satisfactorily, not too many vibrations, relatively lightweight. Recommended for individuals with experience in mechanical and chainsaw maintenance, for amateurs it should be taken to a specialist for inspection and adjustments! strictly before use!!!
