It raised very high temperatures, above 80 degrees, in normal typical operation which should have been at most up to 60, not gaming... expensive at 700 euros when purchased... even more expensive at 800 euros when it increased... not such a vfm purchase.... Expect the price to drop to 639 euros.. The touchpad is problematic, it sticks a lot and makes it difficult to use the computer. It was sent for service a second time. The disk and cooling system were not changed during the service, in the first 45 days from the purchase. It also developed a problem with the touchpad. Wasted money and lost time in service for many weeks... neither a refund was accepted by HP nor a replacement for a defective laptop... despite my successive calls, they do not respect customer rights and from a well-known electronics company as well... it needed service and eventually came back somewhat... and a touchpad replacement was needed... and again it was defective...
