Our kitten transitioned easily from milk to this food, in combination with the mousse from the same brand. Now she is almost 4 months old and loves it.
Shiny coat, energy, proper stools once a day, lots of purring, and she runs to eat every time.

The 2-kilogram package has lasted from the kitten's 5 weeks to 4 months, with leftovers (she eats dry food twice a day and the corresponding can twice a day).

My 4-month-old kitten has been enjoying this food for the past 2 months. I haven't noticed any changes in his coat because I have been feeding him this food since I got him at 2 months old. However, his coat is shiny, he doesn't have bad breath, and only a few hairs come out when brushing him, although I don't know if age plays a role in this. He has developed perfectly, has a good temperament, and it's very important that his waste, breath, and coat don't smell. I gave him a different food for two days and the whole house smelled like waste, and even he smelled strongly. As soon as we switched back to Royal Canin, the issue was resolved. If your cat is outdoors, I think you can get by with a more economical food, but if they are indoors, it's a one-way street to avoid such unpleasant surprises.

Of course, every organism is different and what suits someone may not suit someone else, depending on what may be underlying. As for the price, it is generally on the higher side, like most foods with specific specifications.
