I give it one star because it is the first time I am buying and I have no opinion. As a first-time buyer, the tea has a very nice taste and I want to drink it constantly (no resemblance to the grassy taste they say, nor bitterness). It seems to be of very good quality since I bought it from the tea street in Thessaloniki, which is renowned for its quality.

I started it for detoxification of the body, but I like it more than the other teas. The quantity you put is 2g each time. I use it as a natural remedy rather than as a tea. I can say that it also improved my mood a little bit.
