Placed in a PC case, it has low range towards other audio devices. Through testing, it was determined that it is not an issue of interference or problems with the connected devices. Perhaps the component itself is problematic.
It worked on a Windows 10 desktop, no drivers or anything. It worked right away, and the <B> icon appeared in the notification area at the bottom right. Good connection, stable, good range, definitely 10 meters in an open space. Sometimes it loses connection with the headset when it goes on auto-off, so maybe it needs to be reconnected/reinstalled, about 5 seconds. But I think this happens quite often with all Bluetooth receivers and devices, I experience it in the car with the audio system and the phone. Overall, very satisfied.
I bought it to connect my Sennheiser 450BT wireless headphones to my desktop PC, no recognition issues on Windows 10, with two clicks I paired the headphones and they connected. However, when I went from the living room to the kitchen, which is exactly five meters away with a wall in between, the music started cutting out. I bought the headphones for 150€ and the transmitter for 10€ based on reviews. So, the four stars are due to the transmitter's range, which is stated as 20 meters, but it seems to only work well in open spaces without walls - my mistake for not reading that in the technical specifications. As the next option, I would try the UGreen for testing.
It was installed automatically on a PC with Linux, the drivers work perfectly fine
