Stay away from this company unless you want to have more problems in your life. I bought it on 11/11/23 from a large Greek chain. On 27/2/23 in the morning, I opened it and the screen at the folding point had a black mark and the touch wasn't working. Needless to say, from the first day it is in its genuine case with protective membranes, it doesn't have a scratch since it has never fallen or been hit. On 3/4, I went through the whole process of sending it, as it requires a lot of time (packaging according to the company's instructions, photos, printing of the shipping label). On 4/4, UPS took the phone and on 5/4, it was sent to the service in Poland. Since then, I have been communicating via email and chat, but I don't get any serious answers except that they will contact me directly by email. The whole process is about to close a month, they don't serve me, they don't repair the phone, they don't communicate with me. Stay away.. They are fooling around..
The mobile phone has been in my possession for 2 months, it has good photo and video quality but not as good as a s24 ultra or an iphone 15pro! The battery lasts a day with normal use as long as you are not outside with mobile data on! It charges quickly but the battery life is not as promised! Finally, the weight of the phone is normal but with a case the phone becomes thick, but it is necessary to protect the screen! After two falls, fortunately the screen did not break (unlike what happened with the Huawei mate xs) I will not comment on the price because it is a flagship so it is logical to be expensive
A mobile phone of a different category. In all aspects, we are talking about a flagship with incredible features. The video and photo resolution is excellent (also owning an iPhone 13 & Huawei P50 Pro). The battery lasts for 1.5 days with heavy usage. Super fast charging. With very demanding use (video editing, games, etc.), it performs admirably.
