Description
Dried dates from Nostos Pure, which are the fruits of the Phoenix dactylifera palm, a tree found in tropical and subtropical climates. They have a sweet taste and can be consumed on their own as a sweet snack, but also paired with yogurt, cereals, etc. They consist of 70% natural sugars, mainly fructose and glucose, making them an excellent source of energy. The remaining 30% is made up of proteins, dietary fibers, and various nutrients such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. They contain no added sugar, making the product healthier.
