The Kingston Fury Renegade DDR4 is designed for demanding computer users such as gamers, professionals in the field of video and image processing, designers, and those who require high performance from their computer.
DDR4 is the fourth generation of RAM memory technology, offering operating speeds from 2133MT/s to 4800MT/s, response time (CAS Latency) from CL9 to CL22, while its capacity has increased up to 32GB per memory unit.
For speed (MT/s) and capacity (GB), the larger the size we choose, the better performance we will have in our system, while for response time (CL), we want the smallest size for the speed (MT/s) we have chosen.
The above characteristics should be compatible with the specifications of our motherboard and processor.
The Kingston Fury Renegade DDR4 offers:
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
So, I had bought it in a 16GB stick and noticed that my PC was having issues. Especially the XMP couldn't handle it and I was disappointed. After doing some research, I saw others who were having trouble with the two sticks as well. So, I decided to upgrade and add another 16GB stick to see if it would improve.
Guys, the PC is amazing. I work with video editing and it works flawlessly, no issues at all. I use them with XMP 3600 and they are unbeatable (while when I had only one stick, it was struggling even at 2400 speed). For the CPU, I have the 5700X and for the motherboard, I have the Aorus Elite B550M.
Note that these specific RAM sticks are faster than several DDR5 ones (based on benchmarks).
Note: It is good to never buy just one RAM stick. Always get them in pairs.
