The operation of the first Emergency Medical Training Centers in Greek hospitals has necessitated comprehensive education, both theoretical and practical, to acquire knowledge, skills, competence, and certified professional training. A key "educational tool" is the existence of a detailed manual, which can provide the necessary knowledge and ability for quick decision-making and implementation. The effectiveness of therapeutic interventions is facilitated by recalling educational images and well-written texts that will provide consolidated and documented knowledge, as they can be captured in a book. This is the goal of this work, which, with its translation into the Greek language, will be a valuable aid for every Greek-speaking student of Health Sciences or professional working in Emergency Medical Services. The internationally renowned manual "Tintinalli's Emergency Medicine," through its 189 chapters of the 8th, latest, and improved edition, written by selected authors, covers all the knowledge subjects of modern Emergency Medicine. It is a particularly reader-friendly work that conveys the essence of Emergency Medicine in a comprehensible manner in every situation.
