It arrived with almost 100% battery health, along with a charger, cable, case, and screen protector. Everything was in a box and wrapped with protection.
Also included was a printed report of the checks that were done during the refurbishment. Everything works correctly after my own check as well.
I might have gotten lucky, but in my opinion, just the warranty you get is worth the extra money compared to Marketplace/Insomnia.

It came with a problem in the SIM card slot (it's broken, it won't come out no matter what), the battery is mediocre to bad (86%), and now I have started to notice a problem where when I record video from the camera app, the sound is TERRIBLE... From what I have seen from other reviews, it is very likely that I got the worst of all..
What I didn't expect to see is the charging/data cable, in what sense I say it... it's not a USB on one end and I have no way to charge it now.. I guess I have to get the whole charger set, so I would say one by one to get it out of the box
