The fan is completely silent on all 3 speeds. It was installed on 1/8/22. It looks very nice in my cottage bedroom. It was installed by an amazing electrician (it makes a difference). It is perfect. My room is 11.50 square meters. If I were to buy the same one again, I would definitely get it.

I bought it (16-06-2015) at the amazing price of €68.90 on sale.
The fan is quiet, the only downside is that it makes a sound from the lamp cover (bulb), but if you slightly move it downwards so that it doesn't touch the fan, you won't hear anything.
It requires a small mandatory lamp.
Overall, it is a very good solution.

It continues to work flawlessly, it has saved me on hot days when I sleep (I have it in the bedroom), it is dual-directional, so when I put it in reverse mode on the low setting, it creates a pleasant breeze without the risk of getting caught...

I purchased this fan in June 2016. It was installed in my daughter's room. It was only used during the night and only on hot nights, at low speed. However, in September 2017, about a year later, the low speed stopped working. This is unjustifiable considering the limited usage, only for a few months and a few hours per day.

After contacting the dealership by phone, they promptly replaced the fan motor without any issues (although I must mention that one of their employees was rude). The dealership's response was truly satisfactory. However, this does not negate the fact that the product lacks in quality. Let me explain further:

During operation, the motor produces noise at all speeds. This issue persisted even after the motor replacement. This noise is particularly noticeable during the night when the fan is likely to be used in a bedroom, affecting sleep quality. Otherwise, I don't think it would be significant.

During operation, especially at medium speed, the fan exhibits oscillation, even after the motor replacement.

The screws holding the blades are numerous and, after the usage I described earlier, they became loose.

The white glass cover of the lamp is so fragile that it feels like it could break with just a slight pressure. Additionally, the cost of replacement is high.

As for the positives, I would say that it has a beautiful appearance and effectively cools an 11 square meter space.

Overall, I would say that the quality of the product does not match its price, and I would not purchase it again nor recommend it. However, if someone still wishes to buy it, based on my personal experience, they can expect good customer service from the dealership.
