Purchased on 12/02/2024 and just yesterday the coating of the large bucket started to peel off internally at various points. It has been sent for replacement either the bucket or the entire airfryer and we are waiting for an update.
Wonderful. I was torn between the gruppe and another more commercial one, after a month of use I can say that I do not regret my choice, it cooks faster than the other more commercial one. The service is incredible, when I needed some clarifications they helped me immediately!
As soon as I plugged it in, it short-circuited and emitted smoke and a strong smell......of course, I returned it and they refunded me...I didn't expect this to happen from a product of Gruppe, I complained of course..
