From the cheapest on the market in the category of approximately 22''. It has a 3-year warranty (which is quite important if you are skeptical about the price), it is very lightweight, the material does look cheap but personally, I don't care for the use I make of it in the office. You can adjust the resolution, colors, and various other functions, which you install from the CD that comes with it. The base seems unstable, meaning if you shake the desk, it will move along with the screen, but it won't fall. If you want multiple people to view it together or even if you want to view it from a non-direct angle, forget about it. If someone wants a cheap and safe option, it is recommended.
It was purchased exclusively as a secondary monitor. I trusted AOC knowing the quality it has in its products, but I made a mistake with this monitor.

- Poor menu (it is a bit difficult to use and only has basic functions: Auto, brightness, contrast, language)
- Viewing angles, I did not expect them to be so intense. Having it vertically aligned with the main screen (with a distance of 70cm), I cannot see 40% of the screen, which I find unacceptable even for a TN monitor. (I emphasize that it has an issue in the vertical position, it is not noticeable in the horizontal position)
In summary: I would have preferred to spend a few more euros and get an IPS monitor. Personally, I would have returned it if possible, so I would only recommend it as a budget solution up to €100 and strictly as a secondary monitor.
In this specific batch, because I also bought it from an eshop, there is a problem with the power connector inside the screen. As soon as you moved it a little, it didn't make good contact and it turned off !!!

I bought it as a second screen, only for FB, emails, downloads, and generally not for any serious work. It just makes it easier for me when I play games to see messages, etc., with one eye without having to exit the game and deal with that annoying "in-out" situation.
I have it turned vertically and usually split in the middle with two different windows, either one for FB and the other for uTorrent, or Gmail with Instagram... Various things. It has really helped me a lot as a second screen in many aspects.
Now, as for "performance"
The viewing angle is its biggest disadvantage. (It doesn't bother me at all because I have it positioned exactly where it suits and is needed) However, the more you tilt it and look at it, the more you see it "whitening," becoming blurry, and generally ruining it for you.
Now, if someone wants to get it as a primary for simple use and not for gaming and work demands, I couldn't say not to get it because it has image settings that make it very comfortable for the eyes and for its price, it has a very good resolution. Most monitors at this price are usually at 1366x768, this one is at 1600x900, which makes it competitive, I would say, or even better value for money. It has decent contrast (always speaking in relation to its price), it is indeed 60Hz (I only tried benchmarks out of curiosity) with a 5ms response time. I believe it is ideal as a second screen. For standard use, it depends on what you are looking for. For simple use, it is great. These are just a few things from me.
