The tongue has elastic and provides good grip while walking. The insole is quite soft, just like the footstep, offering good grip and stabilization of the foot. The material of the sole is quite good and suitable for the kilometers, and I believe the quantity is correct. It has good absorption and stability on any surface I tried, whether it was hard or soft ground. I didn't notice a significant difference in various intensities, which is very helpful. The rebound didn't impress me, but it also didn't tire me quickly.
