It solved my hands. I bought it solely for my dog's hair. It does a very good job in terms of its purpose but that's about it... Hair and dust... I didn't try it on carpets. When it encounters enough hair, it gathers them underneath and drags them... If I could turn back time, I would give something extra and get the one with rotating sponge. This one simply drags a wet cloth. In summary... If you have a pet and want your house to be constantly refreshed in terms of hair and dust... it cleans and sponges just fine. If you want a little extra... spend a little more money for something superior...

The mapping is simple and easy. Once the map is made, everything is a game.
You define in which room you want it to go, if you want it to go to a specific point and similarly if you don't want it to pass through somewhere.
It always starts by going wall-to-wall with the side where the brush is so that the corners are also cleaned. You can choose between 4 suction intensities.
It manages to avoid new objects or obstacles that entered the space after the initial mapping.
Mopping is done with an attachment that you place when you want it to be done, it is good for maintaining the regular mopping, but the cloth leaves some marks.
Finally, it comes with the base and after cleaning, automatic bin cleaning is done.

The most perfect purchase I have made! I have had it for two months. With almost daily vacuuming, my house shines. With the classic broom, it was never like this, plus it would leave me with a sore waist until I finished sweeping! The mapping is perfect and you can control it from anywhere outside. I have low-pile carpets without fringes throughout the house and it cleans them perfectly! I haven't mopped yet because of the carpets, but I believe it will maintain the house well by doing the classic mopping once a week behind nightstands, buffets, and doors that, naturally, cannot be reached. It is worth every euro! Where I used to vacuum almost every day, now my white one does it, and I can do other things without wasting time or experiencing back and muscle pain from the usual electric vacuum cleaner. This is the most important thing for me!
Sweeping is very good. Mrs. Marika works even when we are not at home with the appropriate programming.

After much thought about which vacuum cleaner to choose, having 5 cats in the house, I ended up with a mid-range economical one and I finally consider it the best choice I made. It has saved my hands, it works very easily through the app, you can program it to work at specific times and to work more powerfully in specific areas that you choose. It goes through all the spaces, if you change the furniture settings, it has no problem finding its way and continues without leaving any spot untouched.
So far, I have created two maps of the two floors of the house and all I do is simply change the floor. I haven't used the mop yet because I have carpets, but based on the reviews, I believe it will do a simple daily mopping for house maintenance.
If someone has the financial ability, they should get the vacuum cleaner with the larger bin and they will simply forget about these two house chores.

It struggles - gets tangled in the carpet fringes. We have passed them under the carpets and everything is OK.

I have two cats and it is very good at sweeping. It collects everything, including hair, from the carpets and the floor. I am not very satisfied with mopping, though, as it leaves marks. If you want a good mopping, it is better to get a model that has a rotating mop head instead of a cloth.
I have had it for about a month now, and I am very satisfied with the vacuuming and mapping. I have not yet tried the mopping because I am concerned that it is only with water and not with a cleaning solution.

Having a cat and a dog that shed like there's no tomorrow, the robot with the baby's arrival was a one-way street. I wonder how I lived without the robot! Mapping a 117sqm house with free areas of 60sqm was done in 10 minutes. It easily passes under chairs and obstacles. Don't lift it if you see that it can't get out of somewhere. Just like it entered, it will find its way out! Its suction power and the power of its bin are very strong. When it reached the last room, it started not picking up anything. There, I sent it back to its base, lifted it up, and saw that it was clogged with hair. It's logical for it to get clogged with hair! And the ones that have over 1K will experience the same, let's not be unreasonable! In any case, it's worth its money and more! It frees up your hands if you have pets and want clean, even superficial, floors. It doesn't reach corners like a classic broom unless you bend down and do it with the handle alone! We initially got it as a gift for our godparents and they encouraged us knowing how much our pets shed. As for the cleaning, I don't expect much, but there will definitely be a difference if someone enters the space with or without shoes. I will come back to it when we put it on the carpet.

1 month almost owner. I am thrilled. One of the best purchases I have made. It does everything on its own. It goes everywhere, under beds, between chairs, etc. It has different suction intensities depending on what you want to clean, like carpets, tiles, etc. I haven't tried mopping yet as I understand I need to map the carpets inside the house. 100% value for money so far.
I don't know how to describe this experience. Honestly, it has been a lifesaver for us. It cleans the whole house wonderfully, it easily goes up the carpets (that was our only concern) and it even mops. Maybe not perfectly, but our house is in its best condition. Highly recommended!!

Now let's talk about the vacuum cleaner.
I don't have experience with other models as this is my first vacuum cleaner that costs more than 4 euros.
The assembly and connection were done in 5 minutes using the Mi Home application.
If you're familiar with apps and gadgets, you'll find everything easy.
It immediately started mapping the area, I made sure to pick up small objects from the floor and open all the doors. It completed the map in about 20 minutes.
It even mapped the balconies through the glass!
The vacuum cleaner has 4 power levels, each one making more noise, with the Silent mode being the quietest, although you can still hear it but it's not terribly annoying. The other modes are normal and turbo for carpets.
The options are sweeping, mopping, or both.
In mopping, there are options for low, medium, or high water usage.
Sweeping:
It does what it promises, it will sweep.
It replaces the regular broom by 95%, maybe once every two weeks you'll need to sweep the corners, although it goes wall-to-wall and does a good job there too.
I believe that because it has a brush, sometimes it doesn't "sweep" a small piece of debris as it throws it away, and I might see a crumb or something on the floor occasionally.
Nothing too crazy though, we used to leave more with the broom.
It starts by mapping the perimeter of the room and then goes back and forth until it finishes.
To clean the entire house of 95 square meters, it takes about an hour and 10 minutes. (I think it depends on the layout of the house)
Every time it returns to the base, the bin empties itself into the bag automatically. (The bag lasts for 50+ uses, depending on the size)
Mopping:
It has a 200ml water tank and a cloth.
The tank can be removed with two buttons on the sides WITHOUT having to turn the vacuum cleaner upside down.
If you remove the tank, it recognizes it and simply doesn't mop.
The cloth needs a GOOD wash after each mopping. So far, I've been putting a little dish soap on it and scrubbing it, if you let it accumulate a lot of dirt (for days) I don't know if it will clean completely.
As you know, it is forbidden to put cleaning agents together with water, it will damage the vacuum cleaner.
The solution for me is:
I have put a little cleaning agent with water in a spray bottle and spray the cloth. Otherwise, you can spray the floor and let it dry, then the vacuum cleaner will go over it with water and everything will be fine.
If this process sounds complicated to you, just mop once a week.
The essence of mopping here is to wet the floor to keep the dust down, and it does that.
Navigation:
Supposedly, the LDR LDS or whatever they call the sensor recognizes and avoids obstacles, but that's not true, it's a "lie" from Xiaomi, unless it sees something huge in front of it, it will try to find a way to avoid it.
It will bump into small objects, it will go around them for a couple of meters, then it will remember to turn because it recognized them, and it will bump into them again. It's a minor issue, we don't have a chaotic house, just some things.
To give you an idea, I have a damaged doorstop, it used to ride over it and the vacuum cleaner would get stuck, you could hear the scraping sound as it rubbed against the iron of the doorstop. To solve this, I set that specific spot as inaccessible from the application.
The first time, the vacuum cleaner went out on the balcony, passed through the aluminum with a lot of effort, as they have an alpha height and had to see them as an obstacle. I solved this by setting the balcony as a no-zone.
Under the furniture, dining room, living room, television, etc., which have many legs, the vacuum cleaner "finds" and touches them, very gently though, without causing any damage. This is what makes the process time-consuming, as when it goes under the table, it takes 20 minutes to untangle from the chairs since every turn it makes is 360 degrees.
Maintenance.
It requires some maintenance, it tells you in the application when it's time to change something. Occasionally, the side brush and the central one in the middle need to be cleaned, the sensors it has need to be cleaned from dust, and of course, the cloth needs to be cleaned every time after mopping (if you don't want it to get dirty).
All these are consumables and after about 200-300 hours, they need to be replaced, with the price being around 12 euros each.
Overall, I am very satisfied, if it lasts me 4-5 years, I will be even more satisfied.
A vacuum cleaner with an automatic bin is the way to go for me, with the same amount of money, you can get the best model of Xiaomi without a bin, with two brushes instead of a cloth for mopping, and with 800 euros, you can get the one with the bin.

A mediocre vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, it broke within a month and was never fixed. The store refunded my money after a month and something because the official dealership here does not recognize anything that is Xiaomi unless it is sold by them, of course with a big markup, even if it comes from a European Union country and I don't know how legal all this is. So those of you who have bought from here do not have service in Greece from the dealership, only from the store where you bought it. The second attempt with an expensive x10 + also broke before the 14-day doa period and was not replaced. So I got my money back. I bought a q revo roborock and it avoids obstacles better than the x10 +, which is supposed to have an advanced camera. Of course, it is also more powerful. If this one turns out to be good, then unfortunately I wasted my time dealing with Xiaomi products.
The mapping of the space and the cleaning of every centimeter (if there is no major obstacle) are its best features. It does a great job on low carpets, easily climbs on thickly woven carpets but struggles a bit to make them perfect. The mopping is typical, as it simply applies a layer of water (like most electric ones), it does not remove stubborn-dried stains and dirt. Generally speaking, if you set it to clean while you are away from home, you will come back and see a truly clean floor, it is definitely worth the 400€
