  It is miraculous, it is true. I had two similar wounds, one on my hand and one slightly deeper on my face. I applied it to my face 2-3 times a day because I was in a hurry for it to heal, and it did close in less than a week, while it was still present on my hand. Of course, it also helped that I washed it 1-2 times a day with soap-betadine, I also applied aloe in between the flamigel, and I covered it every time I went out of the house with a bandage so it wouldn't come into contact with the environment. All of these, combined with the cream, helped in a very fast healing process for my body, which takes twice as long to heal wounds compared to the average person.

  The 4 stars because they discontinued the spray that was much better!! In 2 days it healed incredibly painful sunburns. And this works, but not as dramatically as the spray.
  Also, I have to confess...? During the summer, with the heat in the city and the sun at the beach... my face burns, it pulls a lot and it's very dry, begging for help urgently! Well, it responds very positively when I apply it 1-2 times a day as a face cream!! It's refreshing, incredibly soothing, very lightweight, and it calms it down in about 1 hour. If I found someone specialized to tell me that I can actually use it this way, I probably wouldn't buy any other face cream for the summer! I'm so satisfied with the gel!
