I am not very satisfied with the latest Samsung TVs. The internal chips seem to be the cheapest they have and the TV is frustratingly slow in its response. The older models had instant response and the three latest Samsung TVs that I bought for some reason sometimes take even two to three seconds in each movement.
Also, I didn't like that it forces you to connect to a Samsung Galaxy account in order to give you access to download applications, contrary to the past where you didn't need to connect to any account. On the positive side, you can control the TV remotely from your mobile phone like a remote control. Having three Samsung TVs at home, one of which is the 7 which is a monitor and has extremely fast response.
It is unacceptable. It is the worst television, not worth buying for any reason!!
It is the worst product. And the company really doesn't care about the customer!! Not a single product from this company anymore
It presents a problem, it often freezes, does not change channels, does not respond to anything when it freezes. It has been taken to service twice but nothing has changed, the same issues persist and the dealership does not replace it.
55 inches at 370 euros offer this winter. The television continues to be the television and Vfm and first in reviews. From reviews here I found it too. Excellent build quality, sturdy and very thin. Excellent picture. 4k excellent. Menu very easy, although my mother struggled at first, now she's doing fine. Software very fast compared to an LG I had. And waiting for the applications depends on the connection, the better the faster). I admit I was shocked by the speakers, as common opinion says that these TVs lag. They are very honest and do their job just fine, I think I hear a little discreet bass without distortion of course. There is also the option of a soundbar but this depends on each person's use. For the daily use I do at least (Netflix, Disney) I have no complaints. As for the picture, I noticed that no matter which side I sit on, I see well, neither whitens nor blacks out. The same goes for dark movies. Everything is clear and does not tire me, neither black nor gray. These are what I saw and I believe (personally always) that it deserves all 5 stars.
For its price, it is very good.
Easy menu, good screen, and good sound.
Some people write about the sound being low.
Personally, the sound never goes above 15 for me because it sounds fine.
The only downside for me, as I bought it for gaming, is that it has a simple HDMI and not for 4k. Of course, for Disney+ and others installed on the TV, you can watch 4k just fine.
I would recommend it.
Almost 1 year of use
I recently bought it because I accidentally dropped my other TV which was also a Samsung. Everything is fine and nice but its menu is a bit more difficult than my previous TV. The only negative is the remote control! It's one of those new ones that are tiny and don't have numbers on them. Unfortunately, my parents couldn't get used to it and kept the old one that works just fine! Overall, this is the only issue! Unacceptable to release such remotes, come on!
It does not have good build quality.
You hold it to put it in the base and it almost breaks!
However, for its price, it is good!
Excited for 11 months from the day of purchase for sound and image. At 12 months, a black line appears about 5 centimeters thick from top to bottom of the TV (as the description says) in the middle of the screen.
They delivered it to me fixed after a month in early January 2022. (It was under warranty, repair was free)
For a month now (April 2024) I have a huge line of variable width of 15 centimeters, as shown in the photos I attached.
It's a shame that such a big brandname presents such serious problems.

The image is even better up close and at this price, it's an excellent purchase.
It was the cheapest option for a well established brand, and it is worth it. Image and sound are very good and menu is fast in comparison to older models. I recommend it
Purchased in December 2023 and has been to service twice without the problem being resolved (it turns off and doesn't turn on by itself)

The best you can get for this money. I had the exact same one before I found and bought it again, but I was unlucky and it got struck by lightning. In my misfortune, I was also lucky as I found the exact same model for half the price that I had bought it. I highly recommend it without hesitation
I have bought it for about a year and I am satisfied. I watch my matches and play PS4, and it is worth it
For the money, it is amazing. LG double the value is slower in the menu and I don't see a difference in the picture.
I was completely satisfied with the 55" I bought for the living room, and I also got a 43" for the bedroom. Fantastic picture, you enjoy watching movies and series. It was very easy to install on a brateck stand. Personally, I find its menu very convenient, and it has all the necessary applications.

First time with a smart TV and such a size.
I was used to simple TVs up to 35 inches.
And I declare incredibly impressed and excited! It is a real gem!
What can I say about it?
First of all, let me say that it was placed in a large living room hanging above a decorative fireplace.
The viewing distance from the couch is about 4 meters!
Yet the viewing experience is impressive!
I won't dwell on the technical specifications, you can read those in the description.
I will focus on how much value for money I feel I have gotten.
I was thrilled with:
1. Build quality. Sturdy and heavy TV. No vibrations. Very nice plastic quality and a wonderful clean panel without reflections.
2. Very thin bezels that make it visually stunning!
3. Ease of installation. It hung very easily on a reinforced plasterboard above the decorative fireplace, of course the stand you choose plays a role in this.
4. Ease of initial setup. You follow the steps, everything is clear, very easy, I didn't encounter any problems at all.
5. Picture! Incredible motion, smooth, amazing colors, perfect viewing angles, I didn't change anything at all!
6. Sound! Also great sound, for me who is not a hardcore user or a music producer to understand quality at a professional level. What I hear as a regular user satisfies and pleases me completely!
7. Its connection to the PC through Samsung's official application and to the LG mobile with Android directly out of the box. For the first time, I get a device where EVERYTHING works straight away without having to struggle or search! Samsung guarantee!
8. I use it as a TV through Cosmote TV and for movies through Netflix.
9. It has its own applications like an application with many online FM radios to listen to radio and a simple internet browser.
10. The remote control is also very easy, simple and clear. Older people who are not familiar with technology might struggle though.
What else can I say, I'm amazed :)
Get it yesterday!!!
The use of it is simple, television and subscription channels. It has a decent picture, quite good from the side, as well as very good sound. It is indeed value for money given its name. I got it for 305€.
Give something more and get something better, it has a dead image and brightness. Also, the sound is like speaking from a tunnel. The price justifies it.
Edit: "For more reliability and lifespan, avoid having the TV in dynamic mode, as this causes the LEDs to continuously operate at 100% brightness, leading to constant burning and overheating. Instead, prefer the normal mode or eco mode, so that the LEDs work at 70% and your TV will last much longer. Also, avoid placing the TV near heat sources such as radiators, air conditioners, and direct exposure to sunlight."
Internally, there is a cooling system for the LED lights. However, since the LEDs are placed very close to each other (at the bottom of the TV) and the back of the TV is made of plastic, the cooling performance for the LEDs is not ideal, especially when the TV is in dynamic mode and close to heat sources.
Although Samsung is a reputable and high-quality brand, the 65-inch LG models 76006, 78006, and 81006, which are available at the same price, perform significantly better because they are direct LED and have an IPS panel. They have a brighter picture, a better processor, and a better viewing angle, without losing color when viewed from the side.
These observations apply to the 65-inch and 75-inch models.
For the 43-inch and 50-inch TVs, the quality is more or less the same for both brands.
Overall, the 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch 7172 cu models are not bad. They have separate legs on the base and a decent black color, as they have a VA panel. In the more expensive cu 8072 and 8572 models, the remote control is rechargeable and the picture is slightly brighter.
Overall, the cu 7172 series is not bad, but for larger screen sizes, a better choice would be the Samsung 8000 series and the corresponding LG models.
On the left is the single LED strip from an edge-lit TV like Samsung, and on the right are the multiple LEDs from a direct LED full array TV like LG.
The only reason I am reviewing is because I saw another person's review and I identified with it so much... The purchase is for the 2021 model with the same (almost) technical specifications... yes, okay menu (no comparison to LG's epitaph), good picture... but as soon as it closed after two years, it burned... one month after the warranty... IT BURNED... wait... do not evaluate within the first week
Owner of the television for about a month. Very good picture. I expect, of course, since it is Samsung, a very good menu. Of course, always considering its price.
One thing I will say and whoever wants can take it into consideration! STAY AWAY from Samsung TVs, there is a problem with ALL of their panels regardless of the model, which means that within two years you will have to change the panel within the warranty, but after 1 year at most 2, get ready to change the TV because the repair costs around 400€. DO NOT buy a new model because the owners haven't had it for more than a year and a half, when the panel problems start. Read my review as well as the others who have experienced it for the QE50Q60A model
The problems started after two years!! The screen started making lines, I thought it was a minor issue, but within two months it completely went blank! Suddenly, it started flickering on its own without any image. I should note that I had a protective power strip! Now I'm waiting for a technician to tell me the damage!
Very mediocre and low-quality image in low content SDR. Bad sound. You have to turn it up to over 50 to hear anything. I was fooled by the reviews and bought it. My friends told me to get an LG, but I didn't listen. I happened to be at a well-known chain store the other day and saw this TV next to the LG, the UR7800 if I remember correctly, and that's when I realized. Anyway, I'm not really interested in the TV anyway
Good morning guys, I have this TV and since I am a subscriber of comsote tv and eon tv, I don't have an antenna so I connect through applications. The problem I am facing is the following: while the TV plays perfectly in terms of picture and sound, there are specific channels of the eon tv application that do not have picture and sound, they are just black. I spoke with Nova and it's not their issue, I spoke with the technician and it's not a TV issue since all the applications work fine, it's just that there is no picture on 6-7 channels... Does anyone know what could be the problem?
It is a great TV with nice colors, the remote control. I would like it to be the same as the big 55-inch Qled from 2023 with voice instructions, but for the bedroom, it is perfect. The remote control is smart and not for everyone, look for it.
Bought a 50-inch TV in April 2021, it developed a fault in September 2022. Panel was replaced, but again in September 2023, when the warranty no longer applied, there was another panel change. Problematic TVs, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
2 stars and that's it. Too bad for Samsung model 2023 smart TV and the internet is a big problem, the internet of the TV is constantly crashing and it's really annoying every time you try to use it. Such a shame, very disappointing.
While everything was fine and I was quite satisfied with the good picture quality, the sound was average but it didn't bother me. However, after 2 weeks, the panel burned out. Yes, I have had good customer service from Samsung so far, but we will see what will happen with the replacement of the TV or the replacement of the panel. I am waiting for a response. Unfortunately, mine turned out to be defective
