  They were purchased from a large chain, hoping that JBL is, will be good. Wrong.
  Sound (the most important thing that interested me) is mediocre, where is the JBL bass that many people talk about? Flat and uninteresting sound. The volume is also mediocre, let's say barely satisfactory.
  From the first moment, they had instant disconnections, to the point where it was not possible to listen to any song. Obviously a faulty device. It went back for repair, but the surprise was that they replaced it immediately, without questions and hassle. Bravo to the dealership for this tactic.
  Second pair and ..... more problems. The sound is mediocre again, like the previous ones, but the connectivity is very good now. No problems with disconnections. The connection was so good ..... that it never got disconnected! When I say never, not even when I took off the headphones and put them in their case. They remained connected, with the case closed. I realized this when the phone was ringing and I couldn't answer because the call was coming through the headphones inside the case!
  I returned them as well, but I didn't buy them again. I bought another pair and I am relieved.

  Purchased from a well-known orange chain of technology stores for €59.99 mainly for use with a computer in the office.

  For use with a mobile phone, I did not notice any issues, the sound quality is sufficient for on-the-go music and calls, and the microphone is satisfactory. Their battery was the most impressive feature as they not only last for 8 hours, as stated in the specifications, but also charge at a fast pace beyond the "fast charging" of 10 minutes.

  The problems start with connecting to a computer (Win 10 Home / Win 11 Pro). With any use of the microphone (Teams, Discord etc.), they go into "Headset Mode" (low sound quality during microphone use as well as mobile calls) and do not revert back when the call ends in a conventional way (restarting headphones, on/off Bluetooth etc.) Only by restarting the computer have I managed to fix them until the issue reappears after a few minutes (also tried changing BT drivers, resetting adapters etc.)

  JBL refuses to provide us with a serious firmware update to solve this problem, so I conclude that the headphones are better suited for use with a computer, as there are many other alternatives. If they are not fully compatible with computer OS intentionally, it would be good after so many customer complaints for some statement to be released on the official site.

  They do not work on computers and the company, while aware of the connectivity issue, does not inform customers in any way. They are definitely not worth the 60 euros, I would have preferred to have bought headphones from a reliable company, like Samsung.

  I had them for 4 months. From the beginning, while they fit well in my ear, they bothered me after a while. Sound quality was decent for their price. I had to get rid of them because I changed my phone and on the new one (Pixel 8) they kept disconnecting, while I didn't have any issues with Xiaomi Poco. The microphone (which is mainly why I wanted them) was fine, but compared to another cheaper microphone, the quality was the same. So if you want them for a microphone, you can get a cheaper one, if you want them for sound, you're okay, if you want them for long hours, they won't be convenient for you

  As the owner of these headphones for a week now, I have the following to say.

  Positives:

  Negatives:
  After a certain period of time, they can be a bit tiring on the ears

  UPDATE: The left headphone stopped working. Most likely, the headphones are defective. I will notify for any updates.

  UPDATE 2: After 1 week, the store realized they were defective and sent me new ones. They work fine, connect easily, although don't expect amazing sound, but for their price, the features they offer are very good. What impressed me is that when I tried to pair them with my phone, it automatically prompted a window to connect them, similar to Apple's AirPods. It is also very good that you can adjust your phone's volume from the headphones, besides pausing songs. As for the bass, it is quite good and you can change sound options from the app, like jazz, bass, or extreme bass. Overall, I consider it a worth purchase if you are looking for something relatively affordable with decent to good sound.

  UPDATE 3: A few days ago, they started to stop playing music for 2-5 seconds. I went to the app and disabled the Smart Audio & Video feature. So, for those who have this issue, don't worry, it can be fixed.
