It sticks very well and does not come off. I have tried the yellow, black, and beige ones and they are all equally effective. I have a problem in my waist and neck, and every time I feel pain, I put it on and the pain goes away. You don't need to change it when you take a bath. I have tried more expensive ones, but this specific one is the best. I highly recommend it!
