They are incredibly comfortable. They have a very soft sole. You feel comfortable not only in the heel but also in the front under the toes. The size, according to the instructions on the page (Puma, European site), is exact. They are also suitable for people with wide feet and comfortable metatarsals. The only possible "flaw" is the low Achilles area. For those who are used to it being higher, it may feel strange at first. However, it has fabric parts that are of good quality. It is not all leather. The silver element is suede. They are chunky but not excessively. For someone who wants to try this type of shoe and wants them to be comfortable, it is just what they need.
