  I bought it a year ago for 150 euros and now I can finally give my opinion. I don't regret the purchase for a moment. It's fast, with good quality photos and videos. The battery lasts comfortably for 2 days with moderate use. If you don't play games... you forget to charge it. The only (minor) flaw I found is that sometimes the sound drops to 50% on its own when the phone rings, and I have to look for it somewhere to increase the volume, but this happens once in a while. The phone is worth its money and more. There are stores here that have it for 100 euros today... get it blindly.

  Owner here for a year. Due to work, I needed a large capacity and that was the main reason for choosing it. Apart from some initial glitches, it did not show any other problems. I deduct one star because the call volume drops on its own, resulting in me not hearing calls sometimes, and I have to check it every day. Maybe I am doing something wrong. At the price I see it now, it is definitely value for money!

Initially, I contacted the bank and they informed me that it is obviously a problem with the device, as all the notifications were active and reaching the application in the form of messages.   Guys, all TCL mobile phones or at least most of them have the smart charging feature. (The smart charging feature adjusts the phone's charging routine (e.g. during the night). The method stops charging when the battery reaches a certain percentage. Then, it completes the charging up to 80% with reduced power consumption just before you wake up.) That's why it takes longer to charge the phone only at night, not during the day (it does this to prevent the battery from deteriorating quickly). I had some questions and tried many times to contact the company, but all I heard on the phone was "we cannot answer you at the moment, please leave your details and we will call you back," but they took as long to call me back as they did with you... The screen freezes quite often, the charging is very slow (imagine, I have been charging it since 2 am and it is currently 4:09 am and it is only at 63%), overall I am very disappointed with my purchase. I have a young child and I thought of getting something affordable with a large memory because my previous one broke, but not like this.

  It constantly freezes for some inexplicable reason despite having 6GB of RAM and without having many heavy applications open. What really bothers me from the first days of use is that at random moments, the phone freezes and requires a hard reset to recover. Many times, it doesn't even recover with that.
