It is not heavy at all and has a nice feel. It leaves the skin very soft and I had no irritation at all. However, I did not notice any other change in my skin, neither in the spots nor in the brightness.

In contrast to the 13%, it feels noticeably heavier and stickier. Also, I didn't have the glow and effectiveness of the 13%, I won't buy it again, too oily a texture for my combination skin.
