I have dropped them from my ears many times. I regret buying them. If someone pays attention to their shape, they will understand what I'm saying.
They fell out of my pocket and ended up in the toilet, I took them out and disinfected them with alcohol. Despite the fact that the case has fallen and the headphones have been thrown around about 20 times. After all this, they still work without any problem.
It loses connection very easily, I connect it to 2 phones simultaneously (work and personal) and often I need to reset them
One of the best headphones I have ever bought. The noise cancellation does a great job. The microphone, compared to other headphones I have tried (more expensive ones), is exceptional and isolates any sound and wind you may have.
The headphones are very beautiful in color, their design is very good and does not tire the ear, and the fit they have is quite good for handling the headphones. The battery is satisfactory for me, it lasts about 4:30, maybe a little longer with noise cancelling or awareness. The connection is very easy, I like that the case is small. I like the function that stops the music when you take it out of your ear and continues when you put it back in. But what bothered me is that the sound, to be good for me personally, either needs to be in noise cancelling or awareness. When it is in simple noise control, the sound is not very good, for me always, because someone else may not be bothered by the sound so much. When it is in simple noise control, the sound is a bit distant, as if I am hearing it from a speaker far away, and I changed the ear tips and the problem is the same. The sound of the creative outlier air V3 that I have is better in terms of sound quality and in all 3 noise controls. The only problem I have with the 5i is the sound when it is in simple mode, and this ruins it because the battery runs out faster if it is in noise cancelling or awareness. If they didn't have this problem, maybe I would use them as my main headphones, but personally I believe that the outlier air V3 is better in terms of sound quality and it's a shame, because the 5i are "new" while the outlier air V3 are 3-year-old headphones, so I think this problem should not exist in headphones priced at 75 euros that I bought, especially when headphones for 50 euros, when I bought the V3, have better sound in all noise controls. In summary, the headphones are good, they are worth it if you just want a pair of headphones with noise cancelling and awareness, because in a few headphones I have seen these and you don't care much about the sound as long as you hear your music, but I borderline believe that it would be better if I got a second pair of outlier air V3. After this experience, I don't think I will buy a Huawei product again, I will stick with creative to know that what I will get will be good and not (for me personally always) a waste of money.

I used it on the bus in simple noise control and I could hear the echo from the bus, but I raised the volume a bit and everything was fine. However, when I put on noise cancelling, which is supposed to isolate external sound and only hear the music, the sound from the left earbud was loud while from the right the sound was very quiet, meaning it was as if I was wearing only the left one. While when I put on awareness, sometimes it is as above, just instead of the left it is the right. I don't know if my headphones have any damage, which I don't think because I didn't hit them anywhere or something similar, but it's a big mistake, because essentially the 2 modes are useless, so while the headphones advertise 3 modes, only the simple one is the one that works, the other 2 are useless or have a problem.
Quite good...the sound is very good...they fit well in the ear...I just can't connect to my laptop ever...I have an hp...why?
Before the review, I must say that Noise cancellation refers to the noise that the earphone cuts off in your ear so you can hear more clearly and not the noise that the person you are talking to hears. I wear them every day at work for music. The sound quality satisfies me! Good bass as long as it fits well in the ear so the low frequencies are not lost. Fit... I also use them for running. They are not 100% stable but they have never fallen out. It's logical for this type of earphones. It connects immediately without any problem. 100% satisfied!!!
Three stars because it doesn't have any noise cancellation. I asked my conversation partners if they noticed a difference when I turned on and off the noise cancellation, and they all told me that there was no difference and they could hear all the surrounding noises loudly, such as cars, birds, wind, etc. I bought them because I read that they are great for wind, and I live in a windy area. I use them when I go for a walk to talk to friends. It's not true that they reduce wind noise, my conversation partners couldn't hear me at all when it was windy. I wouldn't buy them again. They can connect to two devices simultaneously, but sometimes they freeze and I have to turn off the Bluetooth on one device to use them with the other.
The headphones are value for money. I bought them for 70€ in August 2023. They have very good sound quality and fit quite well.

They automatically switch between devices, they don't fall off, they have good sound quality, and according to my conversation partners, they don't hear the surrounding noise, which is very important
The sound is average to good for music, nothing exceptional. I use them in dual connection with my computer for meetings via Teams and with my mobile for music. I have also connected them to my TV and tablet, and the positive thing is the easy switching between devices. They sound good on calls through my mobile, but not so good in the office when I speak from the computer. It might have to do with the drivers that do not fully utilize their capabilities. However, their major drawback is that they do not fit well in the ear, their ear cushions slip and do not suction, and I have to push them with my hand every now and then. And this, sitting in a chair, I can't imagine using them for running. I have purchased a set of memory foam ear tips from Ali that fit better, but they are harder. Overall, for their price, I would not buy them again.
I am a user of only APPLE products, so when it comes to headphones, I also have and use the airpods pro, while I have tried and used several other headphones! I gave this particular one as a gift to my sister, after extensively using them along with other competitors in the price category below €100, and they are rated with 5 stars as the most value choice of all! Of course, they cannot be compared to the airpods pro, but I bought them for €65, which is 5 times cheaper than the airpods, so it's an unfair comparison! Even compared to those, they have powerful sound, faster connection, and better battery life! For their price, they are always a great choice in the price category (below €100) and they also have moderate, but existent, noise cancellation! After €120, there are slightly better headphones, but if you don't want to break the bank, you won't be disappointed! Lastly, the blue color is very unique and beautiful, especially for girls!
Nice and beautiful headphones, good build quality, but they have 2 disadvantages... firstly, as mentioned, they don't fit well in the ears and easily fall out, this happens because they have very thin silicone compared to others... and secondly, for their price, they don't have the best volume and bass... and I say this because I also have the realme buds air 3 which cost 44€ and in terms of volume and bass, they are much better than the Freebuds 5i. If they had better volume and bass, they would be value for money
With everyday use on mobile and laptop, the feeling is really nice. They don't come off from the ears at all. They have real sound cancellation, where even cars in front of me sounded like they were very far away.
Awesome headphones value for money
I have been using the headphones for over 7 months. Before purchasing them, I tried the Huawei AM61 Sport Headphones Lite In-ear and the Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic S. In other words, cheaper and disposable models. The Huawei Freebuds 5i are a real upgrade to a higher model and the best value for money in their category and under 100€.
I use them daily for many hours at work, listening to music and having conversations throughout the day. In terms of music, I am very satisfied, the experience becomes excellent when you take advantage of the ability for High-Res music tracks. In terms of conversations, the functions for external noise isolation are effective. The only negative is a delay or failure to execute the start or end call command when touching the earphone with your hand, sometimes requiring more pressure in the touch.
Very good audio experience for its price. The big positive thing I find is in its battery. Even if I don't use them for a month, their battery still lasts, meaning there is no battery loss! Good sound, the person I'm talking to hears me very clearly.
I bought them in the summer for €80 because I didn't want to get AirPods and the 3rd gen for €180, I didn't think they were worth it. Overall, they are the best headphones you can find on the market for this price. Having friends with AirPods 2nd & 3rd gen, I realized that the 5i are much more convenient (The 2nd gen are annoying because they are far away, the 3rd gen are heavy). However, in terms of sound quality, I think they are lacking (no significant difference). The reason I give them 4 stars is because there are some disconnects during the day for 1-2 seconds and then they reconnect. It's quite annoying. However, I believe they are definitely worth it for €80 if you don't want to spend €130. (Note that water has fallen into my left earphone, just a drop, and I think it broke. Eventually, it made sound for about 2 hours on its own so that the water wouldn't go deep inside and destroy the earphone. Then it stopped and it was like new.)
As I have mentioned, I compare the product based on the price I pay for it, so for headphones ranging from 70 to 80 euros, they are very fair. Additionally, for gaming, they have a low latency adjustment, in games like the one I play, Pung, it is minimal, so I highly recommend them.
In terms of sound quality, I consider it to be quite good, as well as in terms of battery life. The range is not very good. Also, a significant difference from the previous 4i headphones is that they do not fit well in smaller ears (good luck). While with the previous headphones I could go for a run and still be able to eat and listen to music, these ones fall off very easily from the ears. Major flaw.
They stole my 4i, which I was satisfied with, except for the microphone (I had some issues in meetings). And I decided to get the 5i, but I already regret it from the second day.
Noise cancellation: it is significantly worse (it limits very few sounds), which is crucial for me as I often work in cafes and noisy places.
Noise isolation: it doesn't do well, resulting in everything being heard when I speak.
I wanted to avoid buying expensive headphones since I travel constantly, but it seems like I wasted money and will buy a model that costs 150+ instead.
I definitely recommend them, without much use the battery lasts for 2 weeks. Very good sound and very good sound isolation.
I had the 4i before I bought them and honestly, I feel like the upgrade wasn't worth it as I had higher expectations. However, some criteria are subjective.
Possibly the Pro version would have been a better choice.
The headphones are very good but expensive for what they offer. I previously had the 4i, so I can understand exactly the upgrades that were made in the new model. The sound is much better and fuller. In AI life, it has many more capabilities such as EQ, sound/connection quality, multipair connection, and useful gestures. The microphone is much better, but there are still times when the person I'm talking to can't hear me clearly. The negative aspect is that the noise cancellation is not as good. With the 4i, when I entered the subway or was on the road on a busy street, it almost completely cut out the noise up to a certain point. With the 5i, it doesn't have the same limit as the others, it doesn't cut out as well. There are times when I hear other people's conversations on public transportation with music playing and the NC on ultra. For the money I paid for them (80-90), I expected more, however, they are the best buds I have ever bought.
Terrible sound. Don't believe the comments. I gave them to my brother on the second day. I wasted 80 euros.
The sound is awesome! They connect very easily, at least on the Android device I tried. The ANC is very good (not perfect). A very good purchase. I highly recommend it.
The AI Life app is not available on the Play Store, but by scanning the QR code in the instructions, you can download it through the browser.

Firstly, I have to say that I have the iPhone 13 Pro. I have been using them for two weeks mainly for calls and music at the gym... The headphones connect directly as soon as you open the case (you download the app for the headphones which is very easy - no difficulty even for those who are not particularly tech-savvy). The battery life is incredible, with moderate use I have only charged them twice so far, they definitely last for 4 days! The sound quality is very good (I was also a previous owner of AirPods) and the noise cancellation is perfect (although I should mention that with noise cancellation, your conversation partner can still hear you somewhat in the background, but if you turn it off, the issue is immediately resolved). There are two things that annoy me: 1) I can't answer calls from my Apple Watch, it only plays through the watch's speaker and I have to select the headphones from my phone. Otherwise, music and everything else plays normally and you can change songs and it sounds great in the headphones. And 2) with the double tap on the headphone, I have selected voice command, and when I have a call, the double tap should answer/end the call accordingly, but sometimes it doesn't respond, maybe I'm not pressing it as hard as needed (with the AirPods, I pressed them very lightly and they responded normally, maybe these ones require a firmer press - probably that's why sometimes I press them too lightly and they don't respond). (Of course, these two issues are minor and shouldn't deter anyone from buying them) That's it in general. They fit nicely in the ear like the AirPods Pro and are very comfortable, they also don't fall out of the ear even at the gym! Totally VALUE FOR MONEY! (I recommend them even though I'm an Apple supporter)
Definitely worth their money, the call quality is very good, like talking from a mobile phone. As for the music aspect, good sound, moderate to good bass, but overall these are the buds that will cover you in everything.
As for their fit, my girlfriend, who is wearing this category of headphones for the first time, found them very comfortable.
They have very good sound and excellent construction. The "noise canceling" function is quite good for annoying low noises (e.g. passing cars, small conversations from people around, etc). I recommend them to anyone who wants overall high quality at a satisfactory price.
I have been using the Google Pixel 6a for a month. The headphones are good, sturdy, and the case opens and closes easily and quickly, without any signs of wear in the first month, with daily use and a couple of small drops. They are comfortable in the ear, with very minor discomfort after 1 hour of music or movie playback. And obviously, they are lighter than the overhead ones I had before. As for noise cancellation, I cannot compare them to other in-ear headphones. I can say that they are definitely worse than the JBL live350BTNC, but those are over-ear and at a much higher price, so it's a different category. Lastly, I find that the controls and gestures are easy to learn and use, except for the awareness feature, which I have only accidentally opened and don't really need. If I want to talk to someone, I simply take off the headphone to make them feel heard.
Well, with half a heart I give it 4 stars because I can't give it 4 and a half. After one and a half months of continuous use, I have the following to say...
Positive:
The quality and intensity of the sound are excellent, both for movies and calls. The way to adjust the volume by "touching" them is very user-friendly, as well as the switching between levels of noise cancelation. Double tap for calls, call closure, play, and pause.
The battery life is EXCEPTIONAL, as in all Huawei products. You wonder where so many mah are stored in such small earphones and case. The case is very sleek, as it resembles a pebble.
Average: Noise Cancelation. The technology isolates external noises to a reasonable extent. Not something impressive, but it definitely helps, for example, me who watches series on the subway to hear the dialogues. The application is rated as average because it is subjective, but it is compensated by the spare tips.
Negative: Here is where the microphone comes in. I don't know in what price category you have to go up, of course, in earbuds to have a good microphone. Anyway, the product suffers a bit here, and that's why I can't give it 5 stars. If you are in a quiet environment, the person you are talking to hears you perfectly at any volume. If you are on a train or in a cafe or somewhere crowded, you have to speak loudly even if there is not much noise.
Another negative is the Bluetooth range. If you have your phone in another room, the sound starts to break up, even though it is also a Huawei phone, but personally, it doesn't bother me because I always have my phone with me.
In summary, I recommend them.
