I mainly use the card for video rendering. In pro vegas 4K 50mbps 30 fps video, I get 90-100 fps (i14900K - 128gb DDR5 - SSD 990 SAMSUNG - ASUS ROG MB STRIX 790). Temperatures range from 55-65 degrees at around 300 watts. It is very beautiful and has great support due to its construction with an external hard shell and GPU support
The card is a beast, excelling in AAA titles at 1440 ULTRAWIDE without upscaling! It doesn't have coil whine, doesn't raise temperatures, handles overclocking very well. It consumes quite a bit of power, so a little research on the power supply won't hurt! Ray tracing at 1440 ultrawide without upscaling depends on the title. The downside is that AMD's FSR is far inferior to DLSS, but that's not the card's fault, it's the company's software that they will eventually fix... as I mentioned, with this card, there's no need for upscaling
The truth is that I was hesitant to buy it after years with Nvidia. In the end, I didn't regret it! Excellent card! Beautiful, silent, and with amazing performance! Although I have only had it for a few days and haven't thoroughly tested it in some games, they speak for themselves... "Tomb Raider 250 fps, War of Warships Legends 245, Call of Duty 150, MSFS 2020 depending on the area, weather conditions, and aircraft from 40 to 100." All settings on Ultra in all games and without FSR 2! It has been paired with an Msi B550 Tomahawk, Ryzen 5600X (5800X3D in the future), 3200 MHz RAM, and 4K resolution, and I am completely satisfied. I haven't seen temperatures above 60 degrees. I haven't encountered any issues with drivers at all. It is definitely expensive to buy, but you get what you pay for. In my opinion, this implementation is the ultimate value for money that will satisfy even the most demanding users! For those who have the money and are not stuck with Nvidia, this one is out there...
Edit: For MSFS 2020 enthusiasts: Enable AMD Fluid Motion Frames and the performance is on another level! The fps went from a minimum of 40 to 85 and the maximum from 100 to 165! Depending on the area and aircraft, as I mentioned above. The simulation experience has reached another level!
The card is definitely the best one can get for the 7900XTX. Sapphire has done an excellent job with its cooling, as long as it is properly ventilated in the space. Its 3 fans up to 2000-2100 RPM (50-53%) are barely audible, while with headphones on you can't hear anything even at 2500 RPM (max 3200+).
Satisfactory cooling at these (2000) RPM or even lower, to keep the GPU Hotspot below 80C at 400W. The card has 2 BIOS and between the 2 + the setting -10% / + 15% through Adrenalin drivers it can be adjusted to a (total maximum) consumption from 315W up to 465W in steps of 5-6W. However, for 400-465W you will need a quality 800-850W power supply.
At 380-400W that I am using it, I never saw GPU / VRAM temperatures above 80C (air on the card 21-22C).
I haven't tried many games yet, but so far the performance is very high at 3440x1440. In most games I see well above 100fps on high/ultra settings.

The monitor is at 175Hz and I use it at 144Hz with Vsync OFF, VRR ON from Adrenalin. The gaming experience is smooth without stutters or tearing.
Purchase purely for video editing in davinci resolve, I have no opinion on gaming.
Being stuck with Nvidia for years, I saw it in a friend's colleague and basically you get a 4090 for half the price, even if you lose 10% in performance, you save a lot of money... incredible value for money.
In editing with davinci resolve, the card is equal if not better than the 4090.
I'm really glad there is healthy competition in Gpus again because Nvidia has really drained us.

Since I imagine many of you would like 2-3 gaming info, let me clarify that I haven't gone through the process of oc nor am I knowledgeable in this area as I unfortunately play very little.
(without AMD SuperResolution and with default profile on the GPU with global settings)

I didn't expect it to be so good.
The card is a beast. Stable, trouble-free, silent, without coil whine. Its temperature barely reaches 67 degrees. It plays everything at 4K, all ultra settings, consistently at 144fps! Works flawlessly with the 7800x3d.
As for the negatives, perhaps the size and of course the price, but those are the choices.
I was hesitant before purchasing this one since I always had Nvidia. However, I needed an upgrade from the 1080 ti that I had, so after some research, I got this specific implementation of the 7900 xtx. Tremendous card. Amazing performance! The card runs smoothly at 60 degrees in games with everything maxed out at 1440p, constantly above 165 fps. I found it for 1100 euros and based on my knowledge, I couldn't go for the 4080 which has 16GB of RAM and only a 256 memory bus and pay an extra 300 euros. In terms of software, it took me a day to get used to AMD. I didn't encounter any issues anywhere. Now I will look at AMD with a different perspective since Nvidia is not the only option.
I decided for the first time to switch from Nvidia to AMD GPU and I don't regret it at all. The difference, first of all, from the 3090 is something more noticeable. Bought it for 1100e and opening the package, which is a cheap cardboard box(!), you see the brick weighing almost 2 kilos!! Luckily, it has a very good support inside which is extremely useful.
Installed it on the motherboard and let's get to the point. The card, during gameplay, especially Warzone, handles everything at max settings in 2K and it works flawlessly and cool until the end of June, reaching temperatures of 62-63 degrees. In terms of performance, this beast in Warzone gives pain with 210-240fps with Fidelity CAS. In case I activate FSR 2, which is AMD's equivalent of DLSS, things go even further.
The fans need a little tweaking from Adrenalin to be quiet, some might be bothered by their default settings.
Also, Adrenalin, which I didn't consider as an Nvidia user, I can say that it is a complete tool for the card and noticeably better than the Nvidia control panel!!
Overall, the card is a beast. Is it worth its money? Compared to a 4080, yes, it is worth it, and I would say that even compared to a 4090, if someone is going exclusively for gaming, this specific Sapphire implementation is the ultimate value for money.
The Card is a beast. It outputs 8 FPS less than the 4090 which is 1000+ € more expensive, but AMD is constantly improving its drivers and will soon catch up. If you have the money, buy it without hesitation.
I will start with the negatives...
1. This particular card is quite bulky, so make sure it fits in your case before purchasing. However, this can also be a good thing, which I will explain below.
2. It draws quite a bit of power depending on the task. I have seen it reach 320w at maximum without changing anything.
3. There is a bug that mainly affects high-resolution and high-refresh rate monitors, and it draws around 70w without doing anything. This is something that may be fixed in the future.
4. It is expensive, especially for AMD.
Now for the positives!
1. This card comes with "anti-sag" support to prevent the PCI slot from bending and to distribute the weight evenly.
2. Because it is bulky, it has no issues with temperature, and the fans are quiet. It is also hot-swappable, so if one fan breaks in the future, SAPPHIRE will send a replacement.
3. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful version of the card with tasteful RGB lighting (which can be controlled through the Trixx application or by connecting an ARGB cable to the motherboard).
4. Performance is slightly better than the 4080 (without ray tracing) and costs 200 euros less, but it does consume more power.
5. I prefer AMD's software (Adrenalin) over Nvidia's, as it allows for better tweaking without needing additional applications like MSI Afterburner. It has also improved significantly in recent years, along with driver updates.
Overall, it is a good card, but perhaps not worth the high price tag. If you don't need a graphics card right now, it may be worth waiting for something better to come along. However, if you are purely gaming, it is a good option. If you are doing 3D modeling, Nvidia may be necessary due to CUDA (although AMD does have ROCM, which is similar to CUDA, but I am not knowledgeable on the subject). If you have a bit more money to spend, then the 4080 may be a better option (unless you have an AMD CPU due to SAM support).
For some casual gaming and a good Dota, it's fine.
