They gave them to us for free at work, however, they put incredible pressure on the ears, resulting in not being able to wear them for even half an hour without feeling pain.
After about 20 years, I found the same product again, which I like because I can't handle changes in something I'm used to, so I bought them again.
In the end, my ears hurt, unlike my old ones, which unfortunately broke.
The price, in other words, the forty euros, was too high and excessive for the quality of construction. Two out of the three design changes bothered me a little, namely the silver elements on the headphones and volume buttons, which turned black compared to my old ones, which were exactly like those in the Scroutz photo.
Even the symbols, apart from the volume adjustment, which were silver on the old buttons, are now gray, meaning less intense.
They did not have, nor do they have, sound balance between the right and left earphone, something that needs to be done from the Windows menu.
The other disadvantage is that the earphone covers, which used to be made of synthetic fabric with an embossed perforated mesh, are now solid plastic with a smooth surface, resulting in them not "breathing", something that did not happen with the old ones and now sometimes my ear sweats.
In the old ones, the old material remained untouched, it did not dissolve even after about two decades of continuous use, and I almost never sweated.
Finally, after 15 maximum days of use, some little rings on the right and left with the indications L(EFT) and R(IGHT) came off their position and move up and down (play upside down), while in the old ones I pressed them out of curiosity to detach them even now and they don't move from their position. Honestly, what reason does someone have to modify a perfect product like this when it has been released in the past? The price estimate I would give so that these things wouldn't bother me would be around €15.
Coming from the Microsoft LX-3000, I decided to try something else, since my LX-3000 headphones definitely break every six months. I use them for web conferences.
The sound is louder, and as I was also told, I sound better with less background noise.
However, three stars. They are very uncomfortable in my ears, after one hour of use I want to throw them away. I didn't have this issue with the LX-3000.
Edit 2 years later: I have gotten used to them quite a bit, but the best thing is that they still feel brand new. The sound/microphone quality and their plastic. Nothing has broken, with daily use and movement. I would definitely buy them again, 5 stars.
Extremely good headphones for web conferencing. One of the positives is that they don't tire you out after hours of use. The microphone sound quality is also very good. Overall, very satisfied with their purchase.
For office work with Skype/Teams/Webex, etc., it is one of the best I have used. My colleagues can hear me crystal clear, as if I am right next to them, as they say, which didn't happen with other cheaper headsets or with earbuds for smartphones. For such conferencing use, I can hear well and clearly too. Of course, I didn't try listening to music with them, they are not even comfortable enough to leave on your head if there is no reason. But for up to 2 hours of calls, I had no problem, they are lightweight and even though you feel that they are there, they don't bother. I would buy them again.
Very good! Good sound quality, clear sound from the microphone, comfortable to use and immediate use from the computer as soon as you connect it! It also has a long cable with volume buttons and microphone mute
I got them on sale. They were originally 41 euros and I got them for 18.92.
The most terrible gaming headphones I have ever bought. The sound quality compared to the previous ones I had (which I bought for 16 euros without any discount) is the same, but the fact that they don't cover the entire ear makes them useless for gaming in games like CS (where you need to use sound to locate enemies, etc.).
I didn't try the microphone. I took them off immediately and put on my previous headset, regretting the 19 euros I wasted.
Overpriced product. It would be a good price at 12 euros. I see them priced at 35 euros here and I laugh.
