The Asics Novablast 3 is an excellent running shoe to achieve your training goals. The third edition of the series features even greater responsiveness and a softer feel underfoot. Its specially designed trail running outsole is particularly functional for running on off-road surfaces.
- The FF BLAST PLUS midsole cushioning technology helps create a lighter feel with greater responsiveness underfoot
- The jacquard mesh upper provides good comfort and support while keeping feet cool
- The heel stabilizer helps support the foot and create a more balanced stride
- The lightweight and flexible tongue that connects to the rest of the upper improves midfoot fit and reduces tongue slippage
- The trampoline-inspired outsole design provides a quicker bounce-back
- The AHAR outsole improves durability
- At least 75% of the main upper material of the shoe is made from recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions
- The insole is produced with a solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to conventional dyeing technology

I am satisfied with the fit, the laces tighten and stay in place, while the tongue remains stable and does not bother at all.

Bought for €112. I bought them for everyday walking and they perform very well everywhere. Generally quite soft and non-slip. The boost they provide is much more than the NB FF 1080 V 12. I bought the TR mainly for the outer sole, as it is definitely more durable, which was very important for an amateur like me. You might need half a size bigger. They are not suitable for wide feet (compared to NB). I would prefer if they had elastic laces (like the plain Novablast 3). I will simply change them myself. Obviously, the shoe is not for trails, it is something in between and that's what makes it interesting (especially in winter).
Update. Unfortunately, on a wet old sidewalk, you can actually skate. On the road, 5/5
