When it decides to work, it is flawless. There is no issue with the speeds it reaches. However, from the beginning of using it, I have had trouble with the connection to the router. Sometimes it can connect for weeks, but there are also days when it won't connect, either for a whole day or for a few hours. I have tried deleting and reinstalling drivers, and the automatic troubleshooting, although many times after a lot of hassle, it will have internet again. And there are also times when none of these solutions work
I have had the card for about 4 months.
I am very satisfied without any problems.
For its price, I highly recommend it.
Just the fact that it worked straight out of the box without me having to do anything in Linux, I am very satisfied. Previously, I had the TP-LINK TL-WN722N v3 which doesn't have a stable driver and it drove me crazy. I hope this one is stable and compatible with newer versions of Linux.
Update: I tried it on Windows 10 and couldn't connect to wifi even though it detected it. I installed the driver and everything is fine now.
Use for 5 months, gaming, browsing, and now remote work, several disconnections, average speed 20/50Mbps, not satisfied at all
In order to get satisfactory signal, I have to have the tower turned with the back towards the modem that is 5 meters away...
